The Solutions Architect is responsible for leading the development of technical and management solutions in response to U.S. Government RFPs, RFIs, Sources Sought notices, and task order requests. This individual will translate customer requirements into compelling, compliant, and differentiated solutions aligned with the company’s capabilities and growth strategy. The ideal candidate has at least 7 years of experience as a Solutions Architect supporting DoD programs, with a strong background in proposal development, solution design, technical writing, and capture support within the government contracting environment. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liLead solution development for responses to Federal and DoD RFPs, RFIs, and IDIQ task orders /li liAnalyze solicitations (Sections L M, PWS/SOW/SOO, attachments) and identify technical, management, and compliance requirements /li liDevelop end-to-end technical and management approaches aligned to customer mission needs /li liTranslate government problems into executable, innovative solutions leveraging company capabilities /li liCollaborate with other solutions architects, Proposal Managers, SMEs, pricing, and operations teams as needed /li liDraft technical volumes, management volumes, executive summaries, and proposal artifacts /li liDevelop solution graphics, process flows, CONOPS diagrams, and organizational structures to meet the requirements of the proposal response /li liEnsure solution alignment with evaluation criteria and discriminators /li liParticipate in color team reviews and incorporate feedback /li liSupport oral presentations and technical discussions as required /li liContribute to win themes and value proposition development /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul liMinimum 7 years of experience as a Solutions Architect supporting U.S. Government contracts /li liDirect experience supporting the U.S. Department of Defense.
