Ph3Business Development Manager /h3 pWith your engineering background, you are responsible in the Group for turning the technologies developed by the companies and startups into commercial successes. You act as a key contributor to the business development of the assigned companies and/or selected markets with the objective of building strong and scalable B2B businesses. /p pThis position offers the opportunity to develop yourselves to the next level in an entrepreneurial and collaborative company’s atmosphere while working on several advanced technologies globally. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liDevelop the assigned new markets technical products and grow sales /li liIdentify, meet and develop new customers by positioning new differentiated solutions at customer application level. Develop Account plans. Close the deals. /li liDevelop, align and execute structured go-to-market plans in close collaboration with management, technical and sales teams /li liEnsure rigorous commercial execution (projects, pipeline, priorities, forecasts) and follow up on the defined actions /li liLead customer projects end-to-end, from first contact through to sales, in close collaboration with technical and sales teams /li /ul h3Profile /h3 ul liEngineering degree (EPFL or HES) in materials, electrical engineering, mechatronics, or other engineering fields /li liTrack records in international B2B technical business development/sales with a structured business development approach /li liMulti-market experience, e.g. in industrial applications, powder metallurgy, magnets, semiconductors, high power, electronics, motors design, resistance welding or EDM /li liStructured and execution-driven, able to manage multiple projects in parallel and drive initiatives through to results /li liStrong business mindset, able to understand technology and sell it at customers at all levels, before closing the deals /li liCollaborative with a strong willingness to co-develop as team /li liFluent in English (written and spoken); French is a plus /li liWilling to travel up to 25% of the time /li /ul h3Beginning /h3 pimmediately or upon agreement /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
