Quality Control Associate – Microbiology

Your role is to perform microbiological testing at a large-scale Swiss manufacturing facility. You will support the QC Microbiology team with routine and in‑process testing, author GMP documentation, and help establish analytical procedures.

What You’ll Do

* Support day‑to‑day QC Microbiology operations, including test execution, review of routine EM and UM samples, and MFG support samples.
* Author and review GMP documentation (protocols, procedures, CAPAs, deviations, etc.).

Who You Are

Ideal candidate has a background in microbiological analytical methods, experience with cGMP‑regulated computerized systems, and a strong technical knowledge of classical and rapid methods. You should be a self‑starter, capable of working autonomously and cross‑functionally.

Required Skills

* ≥1 year in Biological Quality Control (microbiology/analytical function) within a pharmaceutical or biotech manufacturing environment.
* ≥1 year in a GMP environment.
* Apprenticeship degree (Laborant EFZ) in Biology or a related discipline.
* Analytical skills in microbiology (bioburden, endotoxin testing, growth‑promotion test).
* Strong problem‑solving and presentation skills.
* Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio).
* Familiarity with quality systems for drug‑substance microbiology testing.
* English (minimum B1).

Warehouse Associate II (Materials Handler)

The role manages daily material handling and documentation in a cGMP environment, covering all floor operations in the Warehouse and Weigh & Dispense departments.

Key Responsibilities

* Unload, receive, store, and ship materials following internal procedures (IATA certification an advantage).
* Perform weighing, dispensing, and safe handling of toxic materials.
* Maintain accurate documentation of all material movements.
* Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment (valid forklift license required).
* Support warehouse cleanliness, organization, and safety compliance.
* Collaborate with a 17‑member team to meet operational targets.

Requirements

* Minimum 2 years of warehouse or materials‑handling experience.
* Weigh & Dispense experience (mandatory).
* GMP experience (nice to have).
* English (mandatory).
* Valid forklift license (required).
* Optional IATA certification.
* Experience with Oracle (ERP) and Syncade (MES).
* Strong documentation practices and safety awareness.

Recruitment Coordinator – International Experience

A key partner for talent acquisition and HR administration in an international setting, supporting recruitment and employee lifecycle activities.

Key Responsibilities

* Coordinate interviews and manage candidate schedules.
* Organize travel and logistics for candidates.
* Maintain the applicant tracking system and generate recruitment reports.
* Support onboarding, internal changes, off‑boarding, and HR processes.
* Manage background checks and HRIS records.

Required Skills & Qualifications

* Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
* 2+ years in an international environment.
* Recruitment coordination and/or HR administration experience.
* Excellent English and French communication.
* Strong computer skills (Excel, Word, ATS/HRIS).
* Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and able to handle multiple priorities.
* Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented, and team‐oriented.

Distribution & Logistics Specialist

Manage the operational delivery of complex international shipments, replenishments, and order‑to‑cash processes across all distribution models.

Tasks and Responsibilities

* Coordinate distribution and logistics activities with global supply chain and PO&T functions.
* Handle finished‑goods shipments, invoicing, shipping deviations, and sales & inventory reporting.
* Identify and communicate shipment risks; recommend and implement corrective actions.
* Monitor inventory levels and anticipate logistics needs.
* Analyze cross‑functional processes to improve supply chain quality and efficiency.
