Responsibilities
For one of our international clients based in Geneva, we are looking for a motivated Hospitality and Events Coordinator (m/w/d) to drive excellence across all catering and event services. In this key role, you will act as the central point of contact between internal stakeholders and the catering provider, ensuring smooth and efficient coordination.
You will be responsible for managing hospitality services across more than 20 meeting rooms, a VIP dining area, and a 120-seat auditorium.

Ensure compliance with service contract KPIs, maintaining high service standards
Act as the main contact and quality representative for the company restaurant
Manage and track all internal requests related to meeting rooms, catering, and corporate events
Act as a liaison between internal requesters and the catering partner
Ensure accurate quotes and invoicing
Guarantee service quality, timely delivery, and compliance with specific needs (schedules, dietary restrictions, number of attendees)
Coordinate VIP and high-profile events (seated lunches, executive breakfasts, cocktail receptions)
Maintain a catering service calendar and keep detailed records of service quality
Gather post-event feedback and suggest improvements
Ensure service continuity as backup for the Soft Services Manager
versee the entire administrative process, from quotations to invoicing
Lead the successful planning and execution of client events
Foster a proactive mindset to continuously enhance service quality and the on-site user experience
Requirements Degree or diploma in Hospitality Management, Event Management, or a related field
Additional certifications in event planning, customer service, or facility services are an asset
Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role within hospitality or corporate events
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced Outlook and Excel skills
Strong knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., Microsoft Navision, FIBU)
Fluency in English and French (C1 level) both spoken and written
Capable of managing multiple projects with precision and independence
Organized, dynamic, proactive, and customer service-oriented
Ability to work autonomously in both frontline and office environments, with strong teamwork skills
Degree or diploma in Hospitality Management, Event Management, or a related field
Additional certifications in event planning, customer service, or facility services are an asset
Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role within hospitality or corporate events
