As part of our development, we are looking for a Head of Quality to join our dynamic team and contribute to our continued success.ResponsibilitiesQuality Management- Maintain and improve the quality system (ISO)- Ensure document compliance and monitor internal audits (Switzerland)- Organize management reviews and follow up on actions- Ensure adherence to procedures and manage non-compliance- Guarantee compliance with ISO standards and (UL, TÜV, etc.)- Coordinate audits and act as the contact for regulatory bodies- Monitor non-conformities and actions- Follow up on compliance keys (RoHS, REACH, WEEE, GDPR, etc.)- Assess their impact and manage their implementation- Manage compliance certificates (CoC)Audit & Quality- Define the annual audit plan and coordinate audits (CH, US, Sri Lanka)- Supervise and validate analyses (8D)Leadership- Lead the quality team in Sri Lanka- Ensure alignment with headquarters and manage customer casesQualifications- Degree in Engineering or Quality Management- Strong technical experience in electronics or a related field- Over 10 years of experience in a quality management role- Proven experience in managing audits and regulatory compliance- In-depth knowledge of ISO standards and regulatory frameworks- Excellent leadership and decision-making skills- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities- Ability to challenge processes and drive continuous improvementLanguages- English- French and/or German is a plus- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)Benefits- A part-time position (20%) with a global impact- Collaboration with teams and regulatory bodies- Opportunity to shape and develop a global quality framework- Working conditions to applyIf you are passionate about quality and wish to join an innovative and fast-growing company, we would be delighted to receive your application.
