Responsibilities
1. Plan and implement complex IT-OT projects in industrial settings
2. In a fast-growing company, you will take on leadership and responsibility for exciting sub-projects to elevate and maintain SKAN’s IT-OT network and security infrastructure at a highly professional level
3. In close collaboration with internal and external partners, you will handle error analysis and troubleshooting (2nd and 3rd level support)
4. To maintain high standards, you will manage the environment under change management and be responsible for operating manuals and documentation
5. You will ensure compliance with strict qualification/validation requirements for the base infrastructure, conduct system tests, and document them
Hardskills
6. University degree in Computer Science or a comparable qualification
7. Excellent knowledge of designing, building, operating, and troubleshooting company-wide IT-OT network and security infrastructures (with a focus on current Cisco and Palo Alto technologies)
8. Practical experience in implementing business requirements for IT-OT infrastructures, as well as project experience in SMEs and/or the pharmaceutical industry
9. Several years of professional experience in IT-OT network and security; you have supplemented your foundational training with additional qualifications/certifications (e.g., Cisco CCNA, Palo PCNSE)
10. Practical knowledge of business analysis, requirements engineering, and computer system validation
11. ITIL certification and demonstrable knowledge of CSV are mandatory
12. Additional training in project management is an advantage
13. Very good knowledge of German and English is a must
