Cyber & Electromagnetic Defense Engineer C5I

* Analyze and assess electromagnetic systems and communication protocols
* Design and develop tools for signal analysis, automation and electronic defense use cases
* Take ownership of measurement, analysis and research tasks depending on your experience level
* Collaborate with academic and industry partners and contribute to innovation initiatives
* Share knowledge within the team and support continuous technical improvement
* Contribute to secure, sovereign and mission-critical systems in a national security context
What you should bring with you
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Communications Engineering or equivalent practical experience
* Hands‑on experience in signal processing, RF engineering or related technical fields
* Knowledge of VHDL and C++ for hardware and embedded systems development
* Experience working with SDRs, spectrum analysis and RF measurement setups
* Programming skills such as Python for automating technical workflows
* Analytical mindset, curiosity and a structured way of working
* Excellent English language skills; German is a plus
* Swiss citizenship or eligibility for national security clearance
