Job Description
As a Client Service Support Specialist within the Private Bank, you will be the primary support person for service-related execution. You will support our Client Service team across all regions based in Geneva, delivering high-quality service to clients and ensuring smooth execution of daily tasks within strict deadlines. This is a non-client facing role requiring adaptability, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills. Previous experience in a similar role within financial services or banking is advantageous.
Job Responsibilities
* Enter data and initiate processes, mainly payment transfers.
* Manage daily inquiries accurately, within deadlines, following policies and procedures.
* Collaborate with team members to execute transactions, primarily payment instructions, and liaise with internal teams for transfer issues.
* Assist in producing monitoring reports for daily transactions and verify data quality.
* Verify signatures on instructions received from clients.
* Participate in special projects and UAT testing for IT enhancements as assigned by the Team Manager.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
* Ability to adapt to a rapidly changing environment and utilize available tools effectively.
* Understanding of and compliance with applicable regulations, policies, and procedures, recognizing potential financial liabilities.
* Detail-oriented and results-focused, especially when handling high volumes.
* Team player with good stakeholder management skills.
* Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written).
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
* Previous experience in a similar role within financial services or banking is preferred.
* Additional languages are a plus.
