Job Overview
As an HR Allrounder*in, you will be a strategic and operational partner for the Directorate, General Secretariat, and Staff. In this varied and challenging role, your responsibilities include:
Supporting and advising approximately 35 employees and managers across all relevant HR processes from onboarding to exit, including administrative HR tasks.
Participating in interesting, university-wide HR projects.
Providing advice and support to managers and employees.
Contributing to strategic HR questions.
Participating in the overarching HR responsible group at FHNW.
Candidate Profile
You are a charismatic, forward-thinking team player who is service-oriented and organized, able to stay calm in hectic situations. Ideally, you bring the following qualifications:
Completed federal HR specialist diploma or an equivalent higher qualification in HR management.
Several years of experience in a similar role.
Strong social skills and high sense of responsibility.
Excellent communication skills in German and English, spoken and written.
Proficient in MS Office, good SAP HR skills, and affinity for various IT tools.
Independent, structured, and reliable work approach.
