We are seeking an exceptionalSenior IT Project Manager(f/m/d) to lead a strategic and complex IT infrastructure migration project at Siemens. In this pivotal role, you will orchestrate the migration of critical IT infrastructure to different data center partners, working with both internal Siemens teams and external customer groups to ensure a seamless transition.

You’ll make a difference by
* Developing and articulating the overarching project vision, scope, timeline, and budget in collaboration with executive stakeholders within challenging timeframes
* Establishing a robust project management framework encompassing planning, risk management, change control, and reporting processes
* Providing leadership to dedicated project managers assigned to specific customer groups, ensuring alignment and consistency across the entire program
* Coordinating cross-functional collaboration between IT, operations, finance, legal, and other teams to address complex interdependencies
* Proactively identifying and mitigating potential roadblocks to maintain project momentum
* Delivering regular, concise status updates to executive leadership on milestones, risks, and mitigation strategies
* Ensuring seamless transition to the new IT infrastructure with minimal disruption to business operations
* Building and maintaining strong relationships with diverse stakeholders across multiple organizational levels
* Facilitating effective communication between technical teams and business units
* Managing expectations and driving consensus among various internal and external stakeholders
Your defining qualities
* Education
o A university Master degree in IT, Engineering, Business Administration, Economics or related
* Experience & Skills
o 5+ years of experience as a senior project manager leading complex, international IT infrastructure transformation programs
o Demonstrated success in delivering strategic, large-scale projects on time and within budget
o Strong background in IT operations, data center management, and remote service platform implementation
o Comprehensive understanding of ITIL framework and its practical application in enterprise-scale IT projects
o Experience with design and deployment of remote service platforms is highly valued
o Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills
o Adaptable leadership style effective in challenging, fast-paced environments
o Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent project management training
o Experience in the Siemens ecosystem or similar international company is preferred
* Ways of working
o Strategic thinking with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
o Location within a European time zone to facilitate seamless team coordination
* Languages
o Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal
o German language skills are advantageous
