YOUR ROLE
As a Senior ServiceNow Architect, your role will be to design and deliver smart, scalable solutions that connect technology with business needs.
Build and manage applications using UI Builder and App Engine, ensuring they are efficient, user-friendly, and easy to maintain;
Lead integration efforts with systems like SAP, Databricks, and other legacy platforms using IntegrationHub, MID Server, and custom APIs;
Set and apply technical standards to ensure code quality, platform stability, and consistency across ServiceNow areas such as service management, operations, customer support, and portfolio planning;
Support and guide development teams, encouraging learning, collaboration, and high-quality delivery;
Bring innovation by integrating AI and generative AI into workflows to improve automation and user experience.
YOUR PROFILE
10 years of experience in IT architecture, designing and delivering ServiceNow solutions across multiple business domains and workspaces;
