This role is focused on operational excellence: ensuring orders flow smoothly from checkout to final delivery, inbound shipments are executed efficiently, and issues are resolved quickly so that customers receive a consistently high-quality experience.You will own end-to-end D2C logistics operations across Webshop and Amazon in Europe, Canada, Australia, and the upcoming USA launch. This includes daily fulfillment and outbound logistics, inbound transportation from factories to regional warehouses, last-mile delivery, returns, and coordination with 3PLs, carriers, and internal teams. You will primarily work remotely but need to visit warehouses from time to time, in Switzerland, Germany, UK, Canada and Australia.While contributing to improvements and optimizations, this role remains strongly execution-focused, with responsibility for managing 3PLs, carriers, inventory visibility, product integrity, and reporting on key logistics KPIs.
