We are looking for a DevOps Engineer, focusing on automating and streamlining the software release process. Key responsibilities include designing CI/CD pipeline, using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools, ensuring system security, and monitoring performance to improve development speed and stability.

Core Responsibilities

• CI/CD Pipeline Management: Build and maintain continuous integration/continuous deployment pipelines for automated testing and deployment;
• Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Provision and manage cloud infrastructure using Terraform, with a focus on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) resources (e.g., OKE, Compute, Networking, and Storage);
• Automation: Automate repetitive manual tasks to increase efficiency and reduce errors;
• Kubernetes Orchestration: Deploy, scale, and manage containerized applications on Kubernetes, ensuring high availability, security, and performance optimization.
• Monitoring and Reliability: Monitor system health, performance, and uptime using tools like Prometheus, Grafana, and ELK stack;
• Collaboration & Security: Work with developers to fix errors and embed security best practices throughout the SDLC.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Experience: 5+ in DevOps, cloud engineering, or systems administration, with hands‑on experience in Oracle Cloud (OCI), Kubernetes, and Terraform.
• Tools: Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes (OKE, EKS, AKS), Helm, Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, GitHub Actions, or ArgoCD, Ansible, Terraform;
• Education: BSc in Computer Science, Engineering, or a similar field;
• Languages: Fluent in Italian and English.
