What it's about In this full-time internship (6–12 months fixed-term) you will play an important role in supporting Partners Group’s sustainability strategy by helping to integrate environmental, social, and governance (ESG) factors across our investment platform, supporting our portfolio, client and corporate pillars as needed. For this internship, we are seeking a candidate with a strong passion for responsible business and investment who is eager to gain hands-on experience in a leading private markets firm. This position is part of the firm’s Sustainability Team, which implements the firm’s overarching sustainability strategy, ensures adherence to global sustainability regulations, supports ESG integration across our investment portfolio, and represents sustainability considerations across our global client base. The position is based at Partners Group’s headquarters in Zug (Switzerland).
For this internship position, we are seeking a candidate with exposure to or experience in project management across sustainability initiatives. We are looking for someone with a strong “can-do” attitude, the agility to work across the key pillars of Sustainability at Partners Group, and the ability to contribute to multiple projects and deliverables simultaneously, combined with a genuine interest in driving sustainability initiatives in private markets.
