A Swiss-headquartered, FINMA-regulated securities firm providing digital asset trading and financial services to institutional clients. The company operates a regulated electronic trading platform for cryptocurrencies and tokenized securities, serving banks, asset managers, corporates, and high-net-worth individuals.
With ~100 employees and rapid international expansion, the company is entering a new growth phase and building out its Swiss trading sales team.

The Role
As Trading Sales & Distribution Executive, you will drive client acquisition and trading volume on the companys regulated platform. Your mission: onboard new clients, build long‑term relationships, and generate revenue through trading fees and custody services.
Key Responsibilities
* Proactively build a pipeline and prospect new clients: banks, securities firms, asset managers, corporates, HNWIs
* Own the full sales cycle: qualify leads, coordinate RFI/RFPs, manage meetings, negotiate and close deals
* Ensure rapid, frictionless client onboarding in collaboration with KYC and technical teams (FIX connectivity setup)
* Manage existing client relationships to ensure high satisfaction and active platform usage
* Coordinate with Product teams on feedback and sales handover
* Represent the company at industry events and conferences; contribute to marketing and PR
* Monitor the competitive landscape and propose new sales strategies
Business Model Context
Brokerage fees: percentage of trading volume executed on the platform.
Custody fees: percentage of average assets under deposit.
Your role is to onboard clients, drive deposits, and generate order flow.
Profil recherché
Your Profile
* 5-10 years of experience in trading and/or brokerage sales within financial services (broker, exchange, trading desk)
* Solid, diversified book of institutional clients
* Strong understanding of digital assets, cryptocurrencies, and capital markets
* Experience managing complex pipelines and long sales cycles
* Knowledge of financial promotion, marketing, and cross‑border regulations
* Bachelors or Masters in Finance, Economics, or related field
* Fluent in English; French or German a plus
* Dynamic, proactive, entrepreneurial mindset
* Comfortable with travel to visit clients on‑site
Important: This role is about selling access to the trading platform and driving usage - not selling software. Candidates from pure advisory or market analyst backgrounds without direct sales experience are not a fit.
