For our client, we are looking for a Procurement Coordinator to ensure on-time availability of materials and services, supporting Methods Engineering and Facility Management teams.
Your Mission
* Manage Purchase Requisitions for internal and external suppliers
* Follow up on delivery dates and update ERP systems
* Register Goods Receipts and resolve receiving issues (shortages, damages, documentation errors)
* Process invoice approvals and ensure documentation completeness
* Handle non-conformities through NCR process and formalize claims
Profile
* 4-5 years of experience in procurement/supply chain
* Strong knowledge of P2P (Procure-to-Pay) process - mandatory
* ERP systems proficiency (SAP or similar)
* French - C1 level (mandatory)
* English - B2 level (mandatory)
