This role focuses on transforming a curated library of professional video and photo assets into 12–16 branded reels and carousels per month for social media. The ideal candidate will bring a cinematic, calm, and design‑forward approach to content creation, ensuring each piece reflects the serene, nature‑immersive luxury of the retreat. You will work closely with established brand guidelines and moodboards, crafting content that emphasizes subtle transitions, slow pans, and intimate details, steering clear of commercial or flashy aesthetics.
Deliverables
Edit and produce 12–16 high‑quality reels and carousels monthly using provided media assets.
Adhere to brand guidelines and moodboards to maintain a consistent, cinematic visual style.
Select and sequence footage to highlight the retreat’s unique features, such as cedar saunas, floating bathhouses, and forest cocooning experiences.
Ensure all content is optimized for Instagram and other relevant social platforms.
Collaborate with the team to incorporate feedback and refine content as needed.
Requirements
Proven experience editing social media content, particularly reels and carousels for Instagram.
Strong portfolio demonstrating a cinematic, design‑forward editing style.
Proficiency with video and photo editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, or similar).
Ability to interpret and execute brand guidelines and moodboards.
Keen eye for detail, pacing, and visual storytelling.
Understanding of current social media trends, with a focus on luxury, travel, or lifestyle sectors.
