For our food court, we are looking for someone who is not only skilled and passionate about hospitality but also aligns with our principles of transparency, responsibility, and kindness. Responsibilities as Chef de Partie – Kitchen:You will participate in the production of meals served within the food court, contribute to maintaining HACCP hygiene standards, organize workstations, and supervise students on the ground, ensuring adherence to best practices regarding techniques, hygiene, and quality. Your profile:You possess a culinary diploma (CFC or CAP Cuisine) or equivalent, have 2 to 5 years of experience in a similar role within restaurants offering varied and high-quality cuisine, are flexible, positive, and adaptable to different environments and tasks, have strong teamwork qualities, and excellent stress resistance. You have an interest in pedagogy and desire to pass on your knowledge to students. You are a native French speaker with good knowledge of English (B1 level).
