To strengthen our team, we are looking for a
Embroidery Designer (f / m / d)
In this role, you will contribute to the creative and technical development of our collections in areas such as embroidery, embellishment, laser cutting, and other in-house techniques.
Responsibilities
* Creating design sketches, technical drawings, and visual drafts to support seasonal concepts
* Researching trends, fabrics, and inspirations to inform collection themes
* Coordinating with internal teams (fabric, pattern, production) and external manufacturers
* Attending relevant trade fairs and staying informed on material innovations
* Managing administrative processes for material sampling and production
What makes you a great fit
* Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in embroidery design
* Strong expertise in embroidery techniques, textile development, and material innovation
* Excellent grasp of technical detailing, with a sharp eye for quality and color
* Fluency in English and Italian is a must; German is a plus
