We are seeking a dedicated individual to take full ownership of independent and key accounts in Switzerland. Reporting directly to the Country Manager DACH, you will focus on maximizing sales opportunities within existing accounts and identifying new retail partners. You will collaborate with the Country Manager to develop and implement regional strategies. The role is based in Switzerland with an initial training period at our London Headquarters, White City, and requires travel to London for meetings and trade shows.
Responsibilities include:
Developing and executing the growth strategy for your territory in partnership with the country manager.
Forecasting seasonal product and revenue targets for your region.
Presenting new product ranges to existing and potential accounts.
Maintaining regular visits and communication with retailers and buyers.
Collaborating with customer service to ensure smooth enquiries, orders, and deliveries.
Identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities strategically.
Attending in-country trade shows.
Supporting seasonal launch conferences.
Applying commercial awareness to make brand-appropriate decisions.
Providing weekly updates on meetings, opportunities, and regional growth.
Ensuring distribution points align with the brand's luxury and premium positioning.
Qualifications:
Previous experience as an account manager or regional sales manager.
Proven track record of managing and growing a book of accounts.
Experience in expanding territories strategically and commercially.
High accuracy, reliability, and attention to detail.
Personable, positive, and skilled at building professional relationships.
Ability to maintain brand tone and communication style.
Confidence in making commercial decisions and following guidance from senior team members.
Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
Strong internal and external communication skills, understanding the broader account management context.
Fluency in German, French, and English, both written and spoken.
