Ph3Intern Legal Compliance (m/f/d) /h3 pLocation: Winterthur /p pWorkload: 100% /p pStart date: As per agreement /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liSupport configuration and global deployment of a new compliance system /li liAssist in mapping and documenting applicable legal obligations across WinGD's locations /li liCoordinate with local teams in Winterthur, Shanghai, Busan and Tokyo to drive adoption /li liHelp prepare training materials and conduct user onboarding sessions /li liContribute to project tracking, process optimization and transparent compliance workflows /li liSupport the rollout and implementation of a new compliance tool with strong focus on Health Safety /li liAssist with data structuring and migration into the compliance system /liliSupport documentation of Health Safety requirements, processes and controls /li liAssist in user guidance materials (instructions, FAQs, presentations) /li liSupport coordination with internal stakeholders (Legal, EHS, HR, IT, Operations) /li liSupport testing, validation and go-live preparation of the tool /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul liEnrolled student (Bachelor or Master) in Law, Business Administration, Engineering, Environmental Sciences, Safety Management or comparable studies /li liInterest in compliance, health safety or regulatory topics /li liBasic understanding of corporate processes /li liStructured and reliable working style /li liHigh attention to detail and accuracy /li liAbility to work independently and as part of a team /li liStrong analytical and organizational skills /li liExperience with IT Tools /li liEnglish German (very good written and spoken), (Mandarin or Korean would be a plus, but not required) /li /ul h3Our offer /h3 ul liAn opportunity to shape the sustainability and environmental impact of the shipping industry.
