Regional Sales Manager – DACH Region (Zurich)

Role Overview
We’re seeking a driven, entrepreneurial Regional Sales Manager to spearhead market development across German‑speaking Switzerland, Germany, and Austria. This is a hands‑on hunter role for someone who thrives on building new business from the ground up. You’ll prospect, engage, and educate clinicians, establish Vibrant Wellness in the DACH region, and create a foundation for long‑term growth.
Responsibilities
* Drive new client acquisition and expand Vibrant’s visibility across the DACH region
* Execute and adapt a go‑to‑market strategy for an emerging territory
* Build trusted relationships with practitioners in integrative, complementary, and longevity medicine
* Deliver compelling product presentations, webinars, and in‑clinic trainings
* Pick up and communicate essential clinical concepts (no need to be a scientist, but must speak the practitioner’s language credibly)
* Represent Vibrant Wellness at conferences, events, and workshops
* Manage pipeline and reporting via HubSpot CRM
* Collaborate with clinical, logistics, and marketing teams to ensure a seamless client experience
What We’re Looking For
* Proven success in sales, business development, or territory growth (healthcare/diagnostics experience is a plus)
* Native‑level German and strong English communication skills; additional languages a plus
* Quick learner who can pick up clinical language and concepts without needing to become a technical expert
* Entrepreneurial mindset with a hunter mentality—self‑driven and confident in cold prospecting
* Strong presentation and relationship‑building skills
* Based in Zurich or nearby, with flexibility for regional travel
* HubSpot or other CRM experience (HubSpot preferred)
* Passion for health, science, or longevity/integrative medicine is a strong advantage
