German Speaking Talent Acquisition Role. 3-month temporary contract.
Job Description
* Collaborate with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and job requirements.
* Develop and post job advertisements to attract talented candidates.
* Source potential candidates through various channels, including job boards and professional networks.
* Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate suitability.
* Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of recruitment activities and candidate information.
* Provide timely feedback to candidates and ensure a positive recruitment experience.
* Support employer branding initiatives to enhance the company's presence in the talent market.
The Successful Applicant
* 3-5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, within an organisation or a recruitment agency.
* Strong communication and organisational skills.
* Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools.
* Fluency in German and English. French is a strong advantage.
* Familiarity with recruitment of technical and engineering profiles is a plus.
* A proactive and results-oriented approach to recruitment tasks.
