 
        
        KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Large-scale Boutique Projects 
 1. Lead large-scale boutique projects within the Swiss network, acting as project manager of the operational taskforce.
 2. Coordinate transversal stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of strategic boutique extensions, openings, and restructurings.
 3. Ensure strong alignment between business objectives, operational requirements, and project deliverables.
 4. Monitor and follow up on the roadmap, ensuring milestones are met, risks are anticipated, and progress is communicated to all stakeholders.
2. Drive Operational Projects & Commercial Efficiency
 5. Lead transversal initiatives to improve commercial operations efficiency.
 6. Manage and follow up on operational projects with boutiques on stock & commercial initiatives, ensuring clear alignment and impact measurement.
 7. Monitor OPS budget, ensuring cost efficiency and compliance.
3. Digital Tools & Community Engagement
 8. Drive the adoption and strategic deployment of Cartier Digital tools to enhance boutique performance and client experience.
 9. Act as the main interface between boutiques, central teams, and IT for digital initiatives, ensuring that business needs are translated into effective technical solutions.
 10. Lead tool roll-outs, including change management, user guides, and training programs to ensure successful implementation and long-term adoption.
 11. Animate and develop the Key Users community, fostering knowledge sharing, best practices, and continuous improvement.
YOUR PROFILE
 12. Master’s degree in business, Engineering, or Operations Management.
 13. Minimum 5 years of experience in project coordination, operations, or cross-functional initiatives — ideally in a retail or omnichannel environment.
 14. Strong command of Excel, PowerPoint, and SAP.
 15. At ease with digital tools and applications, with the ability of quickly understand, adopt and promote their use within boutique teams.
 16. Fluent in English; French is an asset.
 17. Hands-on, reliable, and structured, acting as a solid connection between business requirements and technical solutions.
 18. Curious, solution-oriented, and proactive; able to identify inefficiencies and drive improvements.
 19. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with various departments and boutique teams.
