We are seeking a highly skilled SAP CoE Project Manager to lead and manage various SAP projects within our organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SAP functional or technical areas, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to work effectively in a hybrid work environment. This role requires a strategic thinker who can drive SAP projects to successful completion while ensuring alignment with our organizational goals.

How you’ll make an impact
Lead and manage SAP projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget
Develop project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation
Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, operations, and business units
Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies
Communicate project status, updates, and issues to stakeholders and senior management
Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices
Foster a collaborative and inclusive team environment
Utilize project management tools and methodologies to track and report on project performance
Provide expertise in SAP functional and technical areas, including SAP modules such as FI/CO, MM, SD, PP, and others preferably in S4AHANA projects
Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the SAP CoE
Your background
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. A master’s degree is a plus
PMP or SCRUM project management certification is preferred
Minimum of 8 years of experience in IT project management, with a focus on SAP projects
Proven experience managing SAP projects in a hybrid work environment
Strong understanding of SAP functional and technical areas, including configuration, customization, and integration
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively
Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, JIRA, ServiceNow)
Willingness to travel up to 20% of the time
