Your mission •\tProvide first-level support to end users (on-site and remote) •\tTroubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues •\tInstall, configure, and maintain IT systems, peripherals, and mobile devices •\tManage user accounts, access rights, and IT systems •\tManage cost cap excluded IT projects, rollouts, and system migrations •\tEnsure compliance with IT Policies •\tDocument support cases in the ticketing system •\tProvide Onboarding IT Support •\tCollaborate with externa companies to work on projects and resolve complex issues •\tContribute to the continuous improvement of support processes Your profile •\tCompleted degree (University or University of Applied Sciences) in the field of Computer Science or an apprenticeship as a Computer Scientist with corresponding further education •\tMinimum 5 years of professional IT experience in a highly technical, engineering or R&D centric environment •\tProject management education or IT Project management skills are highly desirable •\tSolid knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Office 365, Active Directory, hardware and networking technologies •\tApple device experience will be appreciated •\tCloud, platform engineering and IT security experience is beneficial •\tStrong customer orientation and communication skills •\tIndependent, structured, and solution-oriented working style •\tGood English skills (spoken and written), German is nice to have
