What the Job Involves…
You will be responsible for positioning a comprehensive White Space & Grey Space portfolio across Romandie - engaging directly with datacenter operators, consultants, installers and key industry stakeholders.
The portfolio spans complete mission-critical infrastructure solutions including:
* High-power busbars & power distribution systems
* Cast resin transformers
* Switchgear, UPS & STS solutions
* Track busway systems
Aisle containment & advanced cooling solutions
* Structured cabling & connectivity
The business integrates multiple specialist brands under one platform, offering fully scalable, high-efficiency infrastructure solutions for modern datacenters.
Your Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute the regional datacenter sales strategy
* Identify new market opportunities and drive business development
* Manage and grow strategic key accounts
* Coordinate internally with product experts across power & cooling
* Provide forecasting and reporting (Salesforce)
* Ensure seamless customer experience across the project lifecycle
* You will work closely with the wider European Key Account team to ensure coordinated market penetration
We're Looking for Someone Who...
* Has a sales background with strong technical affinity
* Experience in power distribution, mission-critical infrastructure, or electrical systems
* Strong understanding of market positioning and pricing strategy
* Based in Romandie with willingness to travel regionally, with focus around Geneva
