Your tasks
1. Integrate and process data from web analytics, CRM, paid media, and other marketing platforms to support strategic decision-making
2. Develop dashboards, reports and visualize KPIs to communicate insights clearly to stakeholders across teams and regions
3. Identify trends and anomalies in structured and unstructured data to uncover risks and opportunities
4. Assist with data cleaning, preprocessing, and integration across sources
5. Analyze user behavior and performance data across Georg Fischer websites, B2B portals, and digital campaigns to identify trends, pain points, and opportunities
6. Analyze digital marketing data (, paid media, CRM, web analytics) to generate actionable insights
7. Contribute to the development of tools and techniques to improve marketing analytics
8. Support documentation of analytics workflows and contribute to standard operating procedures (SOPs)
9. Assist with ad hoc digital marketing and platform development projects, including research, coordination, and stakeholder presentations
Your profile
10. Recently completed or studying towards Currently pursuing a degree in Data Science, Econometrics, Business Analytics, Marketing Analytics, or a related field
11. Initial professional experience in data analytics as well as solid knowledge of a higher programming language (R, Python) and data service environments in the cloud
12. Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in Excel, Power BI, or similar tools
13. Familiarity with digital marketing platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager) is a plus
14. Excellent communication skills in English; ability to simplify complex data for diverse audiences
15. Understanding of web analytics tools and digital marketing concepts
16. Interest in UX, web development, or digital product management is a plus
17. Passion for marketing, curious, proactive, and eager to learn in a fast-paced global environment
