Galinea.com seeks a dynamic and highly organized Lead to spearhead various projects within our rapidly growing e-commerce platform. Focused on health, hygiene, and beauty, we need a Project Lead who understands the complexities and nuances of this sector. This role is responsible for planning, executing, and closing projects to ensure each is completed on time within scope and budget. Key Responsibilities:
Project Planning : Develop detailed project plans, including the timeline, budget, and resources needed. Team Coordination : Cross-functional team leadership to execute project deliverables successfully. Stakeholder Communication : Maintain open lines of communication with stakeholders to keep them updated on project progress. Quality Assurance : Ensure all projects adhere to quality standards and meet customer expectations. Risk Management : Proactively identify project risks and devise mitigation strategies. Reporting : To leadership and stakeholders, provide regular project updates, including status reports and post-mortem reviews. Budget Management : Monitor and control project costs to ensure they remain within the allocated budget. Continuous Improvement : Assess project outcomes and implement lessons learned for future initiatives. Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in project management, preferably in the e-commerce or health and beauty sectors. Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, or a related field. Behaviour-Based Skills:
