We're looking for a proactive project manager (temporary for 12 months) who keeps timelines on track, customers engaged, and teams aligned.
1. Lead and coordinate customer projects within the CRO/CDMO environment from start to finish
2. Serve as the primary point of contact for customers and promote customer satisfaction through professional, solution-oriented communication
3. Align project goals and deliverables with internal and external stakeholders
4. Monitor timelines, budgets, risks and overall progress to ensure successful project execution
5. Manage and maintain project documentation and data in internal systems
6. Ensure compliance with contracts, quality standards (GMP), and internal processes
7. Track and report KPIs and support continuous improvement initiatives
8. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Life Sciences (or a related field), with relevant experience in project management in a life science organization or a similar role
9. Proven track record of building and maintaining long-term, trust-based customer relationships
10. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
11. Strong commercial awareness and a solution-oriented mindset
12. Ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive global collaboration
13. Deep understanding of analytical drug development, clinical trial processes, regulatory requirements and industry standards
