Overview
Our client seeks a DevOps Engineer to work in Bern, Switzerland, with weekly office visits from 01/05/2026 to 12/31/2026. You will work independently and be responsible for implementing and maintaining secure, automated infrastructure and monitoring systems to support the organization’s digital services.
Responsibilities
* Monitoring and event management.
* Design, integration, and implementation of highly automated components.
* Integrate infrastructure into the overall ICT ecosystem.
* Collaborate with application, network, and security teams.
Education
University degree or Federal Certificate of Competence (EFZ) in Computer Science with several years professional experience, or equivalent education and experience for career changers.
Skills Must Have
* Hands‑on experience in DevSecOps, automation, and programming (Python, Ansible).
* Experience with MPLS/BGP/IPv6.
* Infoblox DDI expertise.
* Proficiency with Ansible Automation Platform.
* Design and implementation of complex automated components.
* Integration into enterprise ICT infrastructure.
* Collaboration with application, network, and security teams.
* Experience in large, heterogeneous, distributed ICT environments.
* Strong engineering methodology and process skills.
* Experience with high‑security sector projects.
* Fluent German.
