Visual & Digital Content Project Manager (1-year fixed-term contract - %) Your main mission: Support and strengthen the actions of Innovaud – with a priority on the INNdustry program – through the production of visual and multimedia content, primarily intended for digital channels (social media, website), while being comfortable with print materials when necessary. Innovaud is the agency for the promotion of and investment in the canton of Vaud, Switzerland. We have a long history of supporting start-ups, scale-ups, SMEs, and technological companies. We are also the entry point for any foreign company wishing to establish its activities in the heart of Europe. Our services are under the Department of Economy, Employment and Innovation (DEIEP) of the canton. The mission of the events and mission department at Innovaud is to promote and enhance the Vaud ecosystem in Switzerland, highlighting start-ups, SMEs, and scale-ups active in high value-added fields, particularly deeptech: robotics, life sciences, digital or industrial technologies. Through editorial portraits, videos, podcasts, and editorial content, we tell the stories, paths, and successes of those who bring this ecosystem to life. It plays a central role in disseminating the news and achievements of supported companies, via our various channels, to strengthen their visibility and highlight the local ecosystem. In parallel, events constitute a key lever: Innovaud organizes and supports numerous events throughout the year to connect entrepreneurs with each other, with institutional, academic, and economic partners, and to foster the emergence of innovative foreign companies to settle in the canton and contribute to the development of the economic fabric. Moreover, it actively participates in the development and awareness of the Innovaud brand among its target audiences - entrepreneurs, investors, partners, and the general public - so they clearly identify Innovaud, understand its role, and know the services available to support their projects. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in visual, multimedia, design, audiovisual or equivalent. The position does not require expert-level skills, but solid mastery and competencies listed. Strong interest in dynamic ecosystems. Main tasks: Image, video & sound. Video shoots at events, interviews, sound portraits (interviews, atmospheres). Video editing for digital platforms (social media, websites) according to channels (LinkedIn, web development). Development of podcasts (audio and/or video). Photography: Taking photos with a reflex camera (events, portraits, locations). Selection, retouching and layout of visuals for digital content: promotional posters, infographics, social media visuals. Occasional involvement in print projects (flyers, event materials). Graphic contributions that can extend to layout or adaptation of visuals. Direct interaction with entrepreneurs, partners, and ecosystem stakeholders. Coverage of events (including in the evenings, occasionally). Work closely with the team. Proficiency with Adobe suite tools (Premiere Pro, Photoshop, InDesign or equivalents). Good understanding of digital and social media codes. Comfortable with the full production chain (shooting → editing → distribution). Personable and sociable, comfortable engaging with entrepreneurs.
