TITLE: Curriculum and Assessment Director
QUALIFICATIONS
* Meet requirements of Certification of the Professional Teachers Standards Board
* Five years of successful classroom teaching experience.
* An earned Master’s Degree from an Accredited University
* Such alternatives to the above qualifications as the Superintendent and/or Board may find acceptable

Superintendent of Schools
JOB GOAL
To facilitate Instruction and Assessment to guarantee and ensure the vision, mission, core values and goals of the district.
PERFORMANCE RESPONSIBILITIES
* Plans, directs, and designs instructional programs including supervising the development of District curriculums.
* Supervises the development and administration of educational programs for all students to ensure the vision, mission, core values and goals of the District.
* Supervises student achievement programs, works with building principals in analyzing results and providing programs to address needs, and provides student achievement profiles and data.
* Works with other stakeholders to develop district assessment plan.
* Assists in the development of all instruction and student policies and regulations.
* Supervises and approves the staff development programs for certified personnel.
* Directs special programs and committees such as standards curriculum committees, district in-services, and others as assigned.
* Applies for and collects all information regarding PTSB recertification credit for district in-services.
* Completes all required reports pertaining to PTSB, Wyoming Department of Education and any other educational institutions as it pertains to curriculum and assessment.
* Adheres to all applicable laws, policies, and regulations governing the operation of Fremont County School District #14.
* Collaborate with district leadership to sustain effective and efficient MTSS efforts
* Assess progress of implementation efforts
* Develop and implement MTSS frameworks and processes
* Provide training and guidance for school staff as related to MTSS implementation
* Performs such other duties as assigned by the Superintendent.
TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT
210 Day Contract

Performance will be evaluated annually by the Superintendent of Schools
