We are seeking a Customer Support Engineer to join our team in Zurich on a permanent basis.

The role focuses on providing excellent service and ensuring strong technical support for our customers.
Main activities and tasks:
* Provide first level support for technical questions regarding PV products
* Register customer support requests
* Identify issues, propose solutions, and track progress
* Activate integral support (e.g., escalate to second level)
* Communicate with customers in writing and by phone
* Ensure high customer satisfaction through effective support
Required Education & Trainings:
* Graduation from a University of Applied Sciences or higher education specializing in Electrical Engineering, or apprenticeship in electrical field
* Background and interest in power electronics such as inverters and battery storage systems; good IT know-how
Required Experience:
* Preferably some front and/or back office experience
Specific skills & technical knowledge:
* Strong communication skills in German and English; Italian and French are an advantage
* Confidence in customer service situations
