Role overview
As a key player, you develop and manage our global distribution network and have a unique opportunity to shape the brand’s commercial future and presence in major watch and luxury markets.
Key responsibilities
* Develop and execute the international sales strategy in alignment with the brand’s positioning and growth objectives.
* Identify and build strong relationships with retailers, distributors and agents in key markets.
* Manage existing partners and ensure performance through regular contact, training, and support.
* Represent Schwarz Etienne at trade shows, retailer events, and client presentations.
* Provide market intelligence and reporting to guide strategic decisions.
* Work closely with marketing and product development to ensure alignment between market needs and brand initiatives.
* Manage administrative duties such as sales forecasting, CRM maintenance and reporting, ensuring accurate data to support planning and performance tracking.
* Achieve defined sales targets and manage the sales pipeline effectively.
Profile & Qualifications
* Successful experience in international sales, preferably in luxury watchmaking.
* Proven track record of developing new markets and managing premium retail and distribution partners.
* Entrepreneurial mindset, result driven, understanding competition and luxury retail dynamics.
* Adept at working in a small performing team environment.
* Willingness to travel internationally up to 50% of the time.
* Fluent in English and French.
