Role overview As a key player, you develop and manage our global distribution network and have a unique opportunity to shape the brand’s commercial future and presence in major watch and luxury markets. Key responsibilities Develop and execute the international sales strategy in alignment with the brand’s positioning and growth objectives. Identify and build strong relationships with retailers, distributors and agents in key markets. Manage existing partners and ensure performance through regular contact, training, and support. Represent Schwarz Etienne at trade shows, retailer events, and client presentations. Provide market intelligence and reporting to guide strategic decisions. Work closely with marketing and product development to ensure alignment between market needs and brand initiatives. Manage administrative duties such as sales forecasting, CRM maintenance and reporting, ensuring accurate data to support planning and performance tracking. Achieve defined sales targets and manage the sales pipeline effectively. Profile & Qualifications Successful experience in international sales, preferably in luxury watchmaking. Proven track record of developing new markets and managing premium retail and distribution partners. Entrepreneurial mindset, result driven, understanding competition and luxury retail dynamics. Adept at working in a small performing team environment. Willingness to travel internationally up to 50% of the time. Fluent in English and French.
