Horticulturist - Floriculturist at 50%, in the Environmental and Public Spaces Service (SEEP), you will be responsible for the enhancement, maintenance, and development of plants and planted areas of the Municipality, with the aim of providing an aesthetic, sustainable, and quality living environment. YOUR MISSIONS Design and create floral beds and seasonal displays (spring, summer, winter) Prepare, plant, and ensure the maintenance of floral beds and containers located on municipal territory Design, plant, and maintain perennial plant beds Design and implement floral and plant displays for municipal events such as Easter, Christmas, etc. Ensure regular maintenance (watering, weeding, pruning, renewal) Ensure the good health of the plants and apply environmentally friendly practices Participate in urban cleaning services (trash collection), approximately 5 to 6 weekends a year YOUR PROFILE CFC in horticulture, floriculture or ornamental horticulture (or deemed equivalent) Confirmed experience in the design, implementation, and maintenance of floral and perennial beds Good aesthetic sense and skills in floral and seasonal display Mastery of maintenance techniques and plant care Knowledge of annual, biennial, and perennial plants suitable for the local area Sensitivity to environmental respect Ability to work alongside a team leader and a multidisciplinary team Ability to handle work according to seasons and priorities Flexibility and availability (occasional weekend work during special services) Good physical condition and ability to work outdoors in all weather CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT As soon as possible or as agreed 50% annualized work according to discussion, which can be up to 100% during peak periods Reporting to Mr. X, head of the Environmental and Public Spaces Service or Mr. X of the green spaces team (tel: 021 ). jid0b57b3caen jit0206aen jpiy26aen
