Your Responsibilities: Lead and developthe regional purchasing team, ensuring efficient sourcingstrategies and operationalperformance.Secure supplycontinuity by proactively managing critical situations and ensuringtimely materialavailability.Implementinitiatives to optimize purchasing costs and improve materialefficiency.Manage andstrengthen supplier partnerships to ensure competitive conditionsand long-termcollaboration.Identify andmitigate supply chain risks to safeguardoperations.Negotiatesupplier contracts to achieve favorable commercialagreements.Monitorprocurement performance through KPIs and take corrective actionswhen required.Work closelywith production, quality, finance, and other internal stakeholdersto align purchasing activities with businessobjectives.Ensurecompliance with internal policies and industry regulations. YourProfile: Degree in SupplyChain, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degreeor relevant certifications (e.G., CPSM, CIPS) are aplus.Proven experience inpurchasing, preferably in direct materials, and ideally in amanufacturingsetting.Strong leadership,negotiation, and communicationskills.Strategic mindsetwith analytical abilities, able to deliver under tightdeadlines.Stronginterpersonal skills and the ability to workcross-functionally.Proficiencyin procurement systems and digitaltools.
