Your role
* Manage end-to-end recruitment processes within the Engineering and IT sectors
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure high-quality service delivery
* Share market insights and contribute to strategic planning
What you will need
* Experience in recruitment (Engineering/IT focus preferred)
* Strong goal orientation and proactive mindset
* Minimum B2 level of English; German is a strong plus
* Desire for horizontal growth — becoming a sector expert and expanding business reach
* Determined yet collaborative personality, able to integrate smoothly into the team
