Job Title: IT Service Excellence and Continuity Specialist
Description:
This is a key role within our organization, focusing on the management of IT service continuity and resilience. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT governance, IT service management, and ITIL/Cobit frameworks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and implement IT governance and regulatory requirements in the IT Operations department
- Manage the improvement of IT operations standards, processes, risks, and controls, focusing especially IT service continuity and resilience
- Steer and manage the improvement of ITSCM concepts, recovery plans, and the overall planning/execution of recovery tests
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role in the financial industry
- Strong experience in IT Service Management, IT Governance, and IT Service Continuity Management
- Very familiar with ITIL and/or Cobit frameworks
- Strong communication skills in English; German is advantageous
- Sound knowledge of tools like JIRA, Tableau, and MS Office
- Good understanding of banking IT application landscape
- Systematic, disciplined, and accurate team player
- Project management experience in IT
