Key Responsibilities:
* To ensure the smooth installation of new service platforms, including liaison with internal teams and stakeholders.
* To oversee the refurbishment of elevator installations in assigned areas, ensuring compliance with relevant standards and regulations.
* To collaborate closely with our service technicians, who handle regular maintenance tasks, to guarantee seamless operations.
* To provide exceptional customer service as a representative of our company, adhering to our policy of delivering outstanding service quality.
The successful candidate will have:
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
* A minimum EFZ qualification in Automation, Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent experience, ideally with a background in elevator technology.
* The ability to take ownership of tasks and work independently, with a willingness to get hands-on when needed.
* Excellent planning and coordination skills, with a friendly demeanor and approachable communication style.
* Residency in the working area is essential, and proficiency in local languages may be required.
* A valid Swiss driver's license is mandatory.
