HolidayCheck is one of the most widely visited travel platforms in the German-speaking market, attracting millions of users every month. We are now looking for a visionary Product Manager Traffic Value Creation to help unlock the full potential of our user base.
This role is about more than traffic monetization. It’s about shaping strategy, building bridges across functions, and turning traffic into measurable business value — through bold innovation, strong execution, and a deep understanding of our users.
As Product Manager for Traffic Value Creation, you will act as a strategic link between product, marketing, design, data, content and tech teams to drive business value from high-volume traffic. You will lead high-impact initiatives focused on conversion, engagement, and new monetization opportunities.
Your work will be visible, strategic, and central to HolidayCheck’s future success. You’ll challenge assumptions, design experiments, and turn insights into actions — not just maintaining what exists but reimagining what’s possible.
Your Tasks
* Develop a clear strategy and vision to leverage high user traffic through increased bookings and other value drivers
* Take ownership of strategically important cross-functional projects that are critical for HolidayCheck to stay relevant and differentiated over the next decade
* Define clear hypotheses incl. success metrics, run fast-paced experiments and translate insights into impactful product improvements
* Balance quantitative analysis with qualitative customer insights
* Build bridges across product, marketing, tech, content, design, and data – aligning teams around shared goals
What you bring
* 5+ years of experience in product management, ideally with a background in consumer digital products, travel, or e-commerce
* Strong data mindset: You thrive indata-driven product management, confidently building business cases, defining hypotheses & KPIs and making decisions based on impact
* Demonstrated strength in disruptive innovation and testing new concepts quickly
* Strong ownership mentality: You are not only astrategic thinkerbut also apragmatic, structured builder, ensuring ideas translate quickly into impact
* You influence and align throughoutstanding communication and stakeholder management skills
* Fluent in both English and German (written and spoken)
