Key Responsibilities
* Operative implementation of new filling lines, startup of a preparation area and creation of all relevant processes in parenteral pharma production.
* Technical integration of aseptic filling lines, execution of project objectives related to aseptic filling technologies, and support of department management in on‑time realization of the overall project.
* Support the Manufacturing Process Specialist in daily operation, ensure GMP compliant production of sterile drug forms, lead the operator team or provide technical instructions.
* Active support in staff training, sharing knowledge, experience and process understanding.
* Support the department leader in day‑to‑day operational work and improvement projects to safeguard product quality, workplace safety and competitiveness.
* Carry out and monitor GMP‑compliant documentation.
* Adhere to escalation procedures for quality and safety events.
* Define and develop User Requirement Specifications (URS).
* Implement GMP‑compliant processes for the manufacture of sterile pharmaceuticals.
* Review production documents (process protocols, technical documents, qualification documentation, etc.).
* Act as an active point of contact and decision maker for technology, process execution and procedures related to aseptic filling.
* Create, adjust and regularly review training content.
* Review and approve technical documents, specifications and production protocols.
* NC and CoC management.
Candidate Expectations
* Vocational training or studies in a technical‑pharmaceutical, engineering or natural science environment.
* Experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing, especially with GMP, EHS&S and occupational safety regulations to ensure product quality and workplace safety.
* Excellent oral and written communication skills, including the ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers.
* Excellent computer skills, e.g., MS Office, SAP.
* Outstanding analytical skills to identify problem causes and develop and implement solutions.
* Independent working style and resilience required to handle challenges positively and flexibly.
* Practical orientation and hands‑on mentality, enabling smooth collaboration with shop‑floor staff and cross‑departmental cooperation without obstacles.
* Fluent German and very good English in spoken and written form.
