Support MOA - Try & Hire 100%Job descriptionOn behalf of our client, a recognized player based in Geneva, we are looking for a Support (MOA) for an initial 3-month mission, renewable once, with a strong long-term perspective. The position is part of a context of strengthening IT teams linked to an increase in business volume and a planned retirement. You will join an IT team of approximately 6 people and will act as a key interface between business lines and technical teams. This hybrid role combines functional support and contribution to the evolution of critical business applications.Main responsibilities- Ensure functional support for users on business applications (ERP, internal tools, software packages): incident processing, assistance, and skills development for users.- Formalize and optimize business processes in connection with users and propose areas for improvement.- Coordinate with suppliers and ensure monitoring of interventions and maintenance.- Participate in the definition of needs, write functional specifications, and coordinate developments.- Manage the testing of new functionalities and their implementation into production.- Act as a liaison between business teams and technical teams (IT, developers) to ensure the proper resolution of incidents and the deployment of solutions.- Anticipate risks via a proactive approach (action plans, monitoring of indicators).We are looking for a profile meeting the following criteria:- Confirmed experience in support / MOA or AMOA in complex business environments.- Ability to understand, analyze, and optimize business processes.- Good understanding of IT environments and interactions between systems.- Experience in project management (monitoring, testing).- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with various stakeholders (business, IT, suppliers).- Analytical and problem-solving capacity.- Ability to manage several subjects in parallel and to prioritize effectively.- Mastery of tracking tools such as Jira (a plus).- Experienced profile, with perspective on critical environments.- Fluent English, German is a plus. jid1107b26aen jit0519aen jpiy26aen
