A leading international healthcare provider with a strong and growing presence in Switzerland is seeking a Legal Counsel to support its Swiss operations.

Your responsibilities
Reporting to senior management and working closely with international teams, you will:
Advise on Swiss corporate governance matters, including board and shareholder-related topics
Draft, review and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements (services, partnerships, procurement, etc.)
Support day-to-day legal matters of the Swiss entities
Ensure compliance with applicable Swiss laws and regulations, particularly in a healthcare environment
Provide pragmatic legal guidance to business stakeholders
Liaise with external counsel when required
Contribute to legal projects and process improvements at local and group level
Your profile
Qualified lawyer or in-house counsel with strong knowledge of Swiss law
Minimum 4–8 years of experience, ideally gained in a law firm and/or in-house environment
Solid experience in corporate governance and commercial contracts
Exposure to regulated industries (e.g. healthcare, life sciences, services) is a plus
Business-oriented, pragmatic, and solution-driven mindset
Ability to work autonomously while interacting with international stakeholders
Fluent in French and English; German is strong assets
