Responsibilities:
1. Analyze business with global key accounts, relevant markets, and competitor data to provide basis for actionable recommendations in terms of new business opportunities and gaps.
2. Provide input to establish targets for sales performance at global key accounts, such as product mix (including cross-selling), sales volume, market share, or business development.
3. Develop dashboards and reports to monitor business performance with global key accounts.
4. Collaborate with Sales Excellence team to ensure robust and scalable insight generation.
5. Measure and report global key accounts growth vs. previous years and strategic plans.
6. Analyze business metrics for strategic "solutions" and provide actionable insights, especially on product mix gaps.
7. Track sales performance with global key accounts including profitability, volumes, market share, and cross-selling scores.
8. Support gap analysis for global key accounts vs plans as needed.
9. Develop and monitor KPIs for strategic projects and target market opportunities.
