Job Description We are looking for a Service Delivery Manager with strong experience in IT Infrastructure services to join an international environment. The successful candidate will act as the interface between client stakeholders and delivery teams, ensuring operational excellence and contractual SLA adherence. The role includes stakeholder management, continuous service improvement, escalation handling, and coordination of nearshore/offshore support units. Strong interpersonal skills and deep understanding of infrastructure components such as servers, networks, security, and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS) are essential. This is a hybrid role requiring client-facing maturity and a structured delivery approach under ITIL practices.
Key Responsibilities Ensure the successful delivery of IT infrastructure services to the client
Act as the main point of contact for client stakeholders
Manage service performance and ensure SLA compliance
Coordinate offshore/nearshore support teams
Handle escalations and ensure timely resolution of issues
Produce service reporting and ensure contractual deliverables are met
Collaborate with technical teams to improve service reliability and efficiency
Requirements Minimum 5 years’ experience as SDM or Service Manager in IT Infrastructure environments
Excellent client communication in French (written and spoken)
Strong knowledge of infrastructure: servers, networking, security, cloud (Azure, AWS)
Proven experience managing offshore or nearshore delivery models
Strong synthesis capabilities, natural leadership, and ability to work under pressure
Work in a stable international client context with long-term vision
