Our Client is a midsized boutique organization specialized in fiduciary services, administration and other financial services on behalf of multinational companies, private equity and real estate firms, private investors and/or their advisors. A vacancy has arisen within their office in the vicinity of Zug and they are looking for a talented, motivated, social and pro‑active Trust Administrative Assistant.
Job Description:
The Trust Administrative Assistant is responsible for assisting the Trust Team in serving clients and handling the day‑to‑day administrative operations. The Trust Administrative Assistant will establish and maintain effective communication and relationship management.
Duties and Responsibilities
* Support Trust Team with administrative tasks to ensure files are in order.
* Maintain client contact and communication to ensure client needs are met and exceeded.
* Perform administrative functions and customer service requirements.
* Develop and maintain new and existing relationships both internally and externally.
* Perform and oversee the continuance of trust administration.
* Assist other team members to ensure customers' needs are being met.
* Attend educational training events and actively participate in events.
* Perform other operational duties as assigned by management.
* Handle administrative aspects of bank accounts, including payments.
* File agreements, bank statements, correspondence, and other documents to maintain organized administrative files.
* Keep client data and the client database up to date.
* Track records per account of own worked hours.
* Adhere to procedures.
* Ensure accurate, precise work and meet tight deadlines.
* Work both independently and as part of a team.
Job Requirements
* Bachelor degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business.
* At least one year working in a Trust department (preferred).
* Good communication skills, able to liaise internationally through spoken and written channels at all levels.
* Excellent English written and verbal communication skills.
* German language skills important; Dutch, Spanish, or Russian a bonus but not obligatory.
