Supply Chain System Adoption Lead (M/F/D)
Tasks:
* Conduct change assessments and surveys to gauge system adoption readiness.
* Create and execute training plans to enhance user engagement and knowledge.
* Monitor system usage and generate engagement plans to increase adoption.
* Identify barriers to adoption and recommend corrective actions.
* Stakeholder Mapping & Engagement: Identify key stakeholders, map their influence and involvement, and create engagement strategies to secure buy-in and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
* Impact Analysis: Assess how changes to the planning system will affect various business units, processes, and roles. Create mitigation strategies for potential resistance.
* Communication Planning: Develop a structured communication plan to inform stakeholders of key milestones, changes, and benefits, ensuring clarity and minimizing disruptions.
* Readiness Assessments: Regularly assess organizational readiness for new processes and system updates. Address gaps through targeted interventions.
* Behavioral Reinforcement Plans: Design initiatives to reinforce desired behaviors post-implementation, including coaching, mentoring, and feedback loops.
* Design, deliver, and maintain comprehensive training programs and materials (e.g., guides, manuals, playbooks) to support continuous learning and system user development.
* Oversee and align functional learning in planning with organizational goals, ensuring timely updates and communication of new processes and modules.
* Establish metrics (KPIs) to monitor system usage, training effectiveness, and process adherence.
* Conduct regular workshops and refresher training sessions to maintain skill levels and address evolving business needs
Qualification:
* Minimum 5 years of experience in technology adoption, system implementation, supply chain management and/or change management.
* Bachelor’s degree in management, Business Administration, or a related field.
* Change Management certification strongly preferred
* Experience in leading organizational change and transformation in supply chain organizations.
* Proven experience with system adoption and large-scale training programs.
* Strong understanding of planning tools and processes.
* Excellent communication and organizational skills.
* Proficiency in documentation management.
* Proven experience in supply chain planning and data analysis.
* Excellent communication and training skills.
* Proven knowledge and experience in PowerBI, Advance analytics tools
