We’re looking for someone who is passionate about turning customer feedback into strategic clarity. In this role, you will take ownership of a global customer relationship research program that shapes how our organization understands, serves, and partners with customers around the world.

You’ll be shaping how Roche Diagnostics listens to customers, understands relationship health, and turns insights into strategic action. Your work will directly support commercial excellence, strengthen customer partnerships, and help teams across the world make smarter, evidence‑based decisions.


Product Owner – Customer Relationship Research & Measurement


What you will lead

* Drive the evolution and delivery of our global Customer Experience Pulse Program, ensuring consistent, high‑quality relationship measurement across regions and affiliates.
* Maintain and enhance our global benchmarking study, enabling markets to compare performance and identify improvement opportunities.
* Bring customer insights into the daily rhythm of the organization through clear communication, dashboards, CRM channels, and targeted enablement for sales and customer‑facing teams.
* Build frameworks that translate data into concrete actions — from operational improvements to strategic decisions at regional and global levels.
* Partner with senior stakeholders (General Managers, Heads of Sales, Marketing, Regional Leaders) to embed customer insights into planning cycles and account strategies.
* Deliver tailored strategic assessments, including deep dives into relationship health, competitive dynamics, and key performance drivers.
* Champion a culture where decisions are grounded in customer evidence and insights are used proactively across the business.


What you bring

* A Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field — or equivalent professional experience.
* At least 3 years of experience working in a global, matrixed environment.
* Proven experience running customer or market research programs, or leading insight‑driven initiatives.
* Strong communication skills with the ability to turn complex data into compelling, audience‑appropriate narratives.
* Demonstrated ability to influence and align cross‑functional teams toward shared outcomes.
* Experience with survey design, measurement methodologies, and data‑driven recommendations.
* Confidence engaging with senior stakeholders and guiding them toward insight‑led decisions.
* Excellent command of English.


Nice to have

* Experience in diagnostics, healthcare, or B2B environments.
* Familiarity with design thinking or agile methodologies.
* Understanding of software development lifecycles.
* Experience managing global programs across multiple regions.
* Knowledge of CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and dashboarding tools.
