Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Strategic Growth Expert to drive new business development in our organization. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, and driving revenue growth.
Your Key Responsibilities:
* You will work closely with our senior leadership team to develop and execute strategic plans for new business development.
* You will conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and trends.
* You will build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry leaders.
* You will develop and deliver persuasive pitches and presentations to secure new business deals.
* You will collaborate with our product development team to identify new product opportunities and features.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* A minimum of eight years prior experience in a senior field sales role selling new solutions to clients and generating significant revenue growth.
* You are adept at providing technical solutions based on clients' needs per the practice area.
* You possess highly articulate communication skills, both verbal and written, suitable for a global corporate environment.
* You demonstrate an ownership mindset in everything you do.
* You are a curious problem solver, inspired to take action.
* You have a continuous growth mindset, keeping learning through social experiences and relationships with stakeholders, experts, colleagues, and mentors.
* You have experience in the technical aspects of solutions, with a strong knowledge of business data, ability to work with and analyze large data sets, and provide summarized conclusions or outputs.
* You have full work proficiency in English, German; it is a merit to have skills in French or Italian.
